Wild West Jerky opened up in Levan, UT in 2008 focusing on premium smoked jerky and wild game processing. We offer a variety of flavors and meat that is USA sources, grass fed and contains no preservatives. We have venison jerky, beef jerky, elk jerky, pork jerky, turkey jerky and buffalo jerky. We are passionate about healthy and tasty smoked jerky. We also have game processing services for our hunters in a variety of cuts and jerky flavors.
