Complete home zoning Maintenance agreements for heating & cooling services Our Maintenance agreements are priced as followed: Heating only agreement which will include forced hot air and hot water heat: $115.00+tax (See Winter Check-up) (Add $45.00 For Heat Pumps) Air Conditioning only agreement: $105.00+tax (See Summer Check-up) Heating & Air Conditioning combo agreement: $200.00+tax(See Summer And Winter Check-up) Included with any of the above maintenance agreements are: all labor charges are waived.
