What is going on in this location? Packages are not leaving this location, they are not being delivered and often getting marked as "attempted delivery" at this store location, your store is not my home yet alone in the same town.

I f all possible I will never use ups again. Who ever is delivering in the Fitchburg area Franklin Rd Shea street area. You are paying them to much. When you receive packages that are soaken wet because they are to lazy to come to your door it is unexcuseable. Why can't they deliver to the where the mail box is rather put it in snow on your front lawn .Thank you
