- Family PracticeDr. Maria Perlis was born and raised in Schenectady, NY. She attended Cornell University for her undergraduate studies, receiving her degree in 1990. Dr. Perlis earned her medical degree in 1994 from the State University of New York Health Science Center. She performed her residency at Lancaster General Hospital from 1994-1997 and joined Diamantoni & Associates in August of 1997. Dr. Perlis has been board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1997 and is currently certified through 2023. Professional memberships include: the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians, and the Christian Medical and Dental Associates.

- Labor and DeliveryAlicia graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2015 as a registered nurse and began working right away at UPMC Lititz as a labor and delivery/pediatric nurse. Alicia continued school at Eastern Mennonite University and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in science in 2017. From there, she continued to be a labor and delivery/pediatric nurse for seven years while finishing her nurse practitioner degree at Walden University. She graduated from Walden with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021. Alicia is board certified in family medicine with extensive experience and education in pediatrics and women’s health, but she enjoys helping anyone who is in need. Alicia volunteers for red cross blood drives, as well as with a women and children center, Gaudenzia in Lancaster, PA. Alicia is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and enjoys conventions and learning through other practitioners.
- Internal MedicineDr. Anthony Lacorte is a native of southern Chester County Pennsylvania. After graduating from Avon grove high school, he attended Westchester University and earned a Bachelor of Science in biology, after which he attended Temple University school of medicine graduating in the class of 1994. His residency training was at the Lankenau hospital and medical research center from 1994 through 1997. In 1997 he relocated to Lancaster County where he has been practicing internal medicine for the last 27 years. When he is not seeing patients in the office or at UPMC hospital in Lititz, he enjoys spending his time with his significant other, Victoria, hiking on local trails, and spending time with his six kids. He enjoys motor sports of all kinds, diesel trucks, tractors, motorcycles, motocross, snowmobiling, and weightlifting.
- Sports MedicineDr. Diamantoni is a graduate of Lehigh University and Hahnemann Medical College. He completed his residency training in Family Practice at Lancaster General Hospital in 1985, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr Diamantoni is board certified in Family Practice and has also earned Board Certification in Geriatrics and Sports Medicine. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr Diamantoni founded Diamantoni and Associates in 1985 and is the Managing Partner. He is the elected Coroner of Lancaster County. He lives in Manheim Township with his 3 children. He enjoys skiing, scuba diving, and coaching soccer.
