Maybe on odd review but just wanted to express my appreciation for your driver Thomas. My son had an accident at night on a very busy interstate and Thomas came on the accident, he was not responding to the tow he was just there traveling. He pulled in behind my son and turned on his truck warning lights alerting other drivers and diesels that there was an accident and possibly saving my sons life. He stayed thru the accident to help and was very professional. I can't express my appreciation enough for what he did when he could have just drove on down the road and not involved himself. Please pass on to Thomas my gratitude and appreciation for his service and dedication to helping out when not required by his company or wallet just by being a good person. thanks.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WAS A VICTIM, SHAWNEE POLICE DIRECTED ME TO SANTA FE TOW AND WHEN I CALLED I WAS TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL, DISRESPECTED. THEY GAVE MY CAR TO ITS PREVIOUS OWNER NOW I'M CARLESS UNTIL MY COURT DATE WITH A CIVIL JUDGE TO REPLEVIN MY PROPERTY. THE LADY I SPOKE WITH SAID SHE IS THE HEAD OF THE COMPANY, TREATED ME LIKE SHE PERSONALLY HATED ME, WHEN I WAS JUST SEEKING ANSWERS AND HELP SINCE I AM THE VICTIM. VERY COLD RUDE DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOU CAR, DIGNITY OR BEING TALKED TO LIKE A HUMAN BEING...THEN DONT GO TO SANTA FE TOW. THEY RESPECT YOU AS MUCH AS YOU RESPECT SOMEONE STEALING FROM YOU.

WIsh I could give 0 stars. Don't use them if you don't have to! I had no choice because that is who my insurance company chose, probably because they are cheap. They made me sign for my car BEFORE letting me look at it. The driver almost hit my other car and almost took out my neighbors mail box. Then my he tried to raise the flat bed while it was still under my car's bumper, causing damage that can not be fixed. They said they shouldn't have to pay for it because the bumper had previous damage. THE PREVIOUS DAMAGE WAS CHIPPED PAINT, WHICH CAN BE EASILY FIXED I have to replace the entire bumper because of their ignorant driver! Also, parts of my interior were damaged and other parts were missing. They refuse to take responsibility for it. DON'T USE THEM THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
