Service professional was nice and did a good job.

Had Greg install a GFI outlet in the basement. Did an awesome job. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Quite the salesman too.

Todd and Dilan were great to work with. They replaced the electric panel in the house, made sure to get every circuit labeled. They even left the area cleaner than it had been.

I had a very good experience having some wiring done on another occasion, so I called MVP Electric to have a ceiling fan installed. Amy was pleasant and helpful in setting up my appointment with Todd. Todd called ahead and arrived right on time. The ceiling was very high and new wiring was required. Todd tracked down a suitable ladder to reach the ceiling, and then went into the HOT attic several times to attend to wiring. He had to be miserable in the hot conditions, but he was pleasant through the entire installation. He was careful not to create any more mess than necessary, and cleaned up afterward. I was 100% pleased with Todd's work.

We have used MVP for a few years now, and have been pleased with their service. Rhonda in the office is always pleasant to deal with, and genuinely cares about making their customers happy. Our most recent experience was with Chris H., and he was professional and thorough, doing an excellent job to repair our A/C at the end of a long and hot day. We have also used them for water heater and humidifier installs in the past and have been happy with those services as well.

We were having issues and concerns regarding the electricity in our 1961 built home. We contacted MVP to come and do a complete evaluation of the entire home inside and outside. MVP had sent me an email of the picture of the team that was coming. I really liked that cause I knew who was coming and what they looked like.They called me that they were on their way. They are very punctual. Greg asked us first what our concerns were. Greg was very professional and informative on the evaluation regarding the areas that he felt need attention and the reason why. As we were going trough the evaluation at no time did I feel pressure to do any of the work he suggested. We did decide on important things we thought were necessary to do that we wanted to go ahead and do them with MVP. I am sure glad we did. Our house being old there were challenges all the time. Our biggest was re-wiring the whole basement. Greg and Jake were amazing. They listened and did everything we wanted. We are so happy!

Antonio did an excellent job on the AC at our home.

I was so pleased with the work that the team did. My AC was working just enough that I couldn't tell if it was busted or not. Chris did some incredible diagnostic work and presented me with a lot of good options. He was able to do all the work during the visit and I could not believe the difference it made. So appreciative!

I had few fixes that I had been meaning to get to since moving into a 100+ year old home a couple of years ago. I had positive experiences with MVP at my place of work, servicing HVAC units with little trouble; they were also professional and knowledgable. I called MVP to give them a try, and was blown away at the service that Jacob, a master electrician, provided me. He took is time to troubleshoot, and successfully find, a mysteriously lost ground connection in some outlets that were wired in series, walked me through all of the options I had for fixing it, pointed out (and fixed!) some ground things that were not *quite* up to today's code, and installed a whole-home surge protector at my request (it wasn't "sold" to me). I was so pleased that I committed to a 2x/year HVAC/electrical maintenance plan, which is about the same as having a typical provider out 2x/year for regular (or less than once for an emergency); you also save 15% on service and get standard rates on off-hours.

Best electricians we have ever had in our home. Jacob and Dilan are wonderful personalities, they know their stuff, we trust them in our home, and they have ALWAYS answered every single question we have with professionalism and patience. We love these guys. The office staff is amazing at MVP as well. Have always had the most helpful service by telephone, prompt answers to questions, easy scheduling, and always courteous and professional, even adding a little humor in. After a few bad experiences with heating and cooling companies, we can say that by far MVP has won us over and we feel loyal to them as they haven't done us wrong--in price as well. Very affordable, well worth what they charge.

Eaton and Dwight both got job done in the time they stated it would take. Explained in detail operation of humidifier and other system added to my HVAC. I wish I had brought my HVAC from them as their service is far superior than the company I brought my HVAC from.
