I've never had to seek a locksmith for anything so I was very unaware of the steps that needed to be taken in order to get a key made for my car and they were nothing but rude, had poor phone etiquette and made me feel like an idiot. Three stars because it's cheap.

Steve has always been very professional and freindly with all the work we needed at the church. I have and do recommend him to everyone I know that needs a locksmith, including my mother and her friends.

I was very impressed with the following: 1) Phone was answered by a real person on my 1st call, and a reliable service timeframe & cost was provided. 2) Steve Conradt, the owner of the business, is highly experienced in his trade, and has a very pleasant and professional demeanor. Prompt, efficient, effective service at reasonable price - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring the skills of a locksmith.

I was very pleased with their fast, efficient, and courteous service. They gave me an accurate time frame for when they could come, opened my car very quickly, and charged me exactly what was quoted on the phone. They are a mobile company and their van and serviceman both looked very professional.
