Why isn't there a "ZERO" stars option?

This place is probably the biggest scam I've ever encountered when it comes to massage places. After numerous attempts to cancel my ONE YEAR membership, they charged me over $100 more than 5 months after my membership was up and I canceled. I had to change my credit card so there would be no more UNKNOWN FUTURE BILLINGS- and I have yet to hear back from either the owner, or even a manager. Each time I call in- it takes the manager at least 6 hours to get back to me.

I have had multiple massage therapists cancel on me at the last minute (one with less than 24 hours notice; yet if I cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I am still charged for the massage). Because this has occurred so many times, I've asked to terminate my membership. Despite me putting in this request a month ago (in writing, as I was told is required), this issue is still not resolved. I hate putting negative reviews online, but I would caution anyone against going to a Massage Envy, and this location in particular. The therapists are unreliable and management is unresponsive and rude.

DO NOT go here. I can;t say enough awful things about this location, its managers or its awful tactics to get money from hardworking people. They wouldn't even let me cancel my membership and it INFURIATES me that they have their employees write them reviews to get their ratings up. I called in to cancel and THEY STILL KEPT ACCRUING CHARGES! Vultures. Stay away.

I have a super busy life with school and work. From all the stress I decided to treat myself to a massage. So I came here and was totally blown away by my massage. It was my first one, and it helped me relax for the first time in forever. I slept AMAZING that night! Something that rarely happens for me! So I wanted to share some love to the Massage Envy clinic in Lenexa because you've helped me more then you know!

I have been going to Massage Envy Lenexa once a month for over a year. I have seen three different therapists and they are all great. The staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere very calm. And they have great prices. If you want relaxation or massage healing, this is the place to go.
