I ordered a Plug-In 2-Pin 9 watt tube from them. This tube did not fit inside my lamp. I send them a certified package with the light bulb and my lamp to show them the issue. They did not acknowledge my package at all since they obviously received it. I received no letter nor any reimbursement from them. I lost my purchase and my lamp due to their dishonest business practices. Keep away from these bad characters.
