Bidded online at one of their online auction through LiveAuctioneer. I am LiveAuctioneers member and customer for many years, bidded on many auctions and always was able to communicate, make a payment, receive emails and invoices, collect my items. With this auction house for over 2 weeks didn't receive an invoice and kept emailing them for an answer, left them messages on the phone, no answer. Then I went online and found that they have another business at the same location. Made a phone call to that business and asked for help. After that they finally called me last Friday and texted me my invoice. I made a payment on their website this Tuesday but on Thursday they declined my payment. And again, no communication, don't answer the phone. After I submitted my complaint to LiveAuctioneers they finally emailed me to say that I exceeded my time frame for payment. Not trusted or reliable business. Won't ever do business with them again. Very bad experience.
