Purchased Total Office Manager from them last year. the first month was very stressful. We called support several times a week. Many times we had to wait for a call back, but support was excellent. Their people are really knowledgeable and always have an answer. The software. We did good with QB and found the conversion easy once we got it figured out. Total Office Manager is very easy to use and can do most everything we want. Would recommend them.
