Old South BBQ proudly uses Duke’s secret recipes which have a long history of being the best in the south for generations. The pit cooked, hickory flavored pulled pork is moist and delicious. The secret spices mixed with the hash and rice have been handed down to family members for years. We are replacing the fire pit style cooking process with a more controlled rotisserie cooker to make sure each individual serving is the best it can be. This is the Old South way and a way worthy for generations to come.
