went to applebees yesterday about 2:20 in the afternoon for some food and drinks. After waiting for 20 minutes FINALLY got a water and a coke. I really wanted the margaritta and shot of chevas but the bartender was busy with her 3 male customers and on the phone. The place was empty except for us,one other couple and the 3 guys..I usually go to this place 2 x a week but no more. The manager informed my fiance after we walked out that he was the only liqour to be served in Leland...wrong buddy! Lousy service and a lousy entitled attitude at this place. I went to the mexican restaurant and spent my $100.00. Had good fast service, shots and margaritas.

Went to Applebee's on Friday night and sat in the bar area at the table closest to the hostess table. I left a very nice sweater in the seat next to the wall where it could not be seen by any other customers. Called to see if the person who bused the table had turned it in and the mgr was too busy to talk with me. I even stopped by the restaurant and the manager was still too busy to talk with me. When I told them that I would let corp know that the mgr was too busy to talk with me, she all of a sudden was no longer busy. I told her that the first person to see the sweater would have been the person who bused the table as the sweater was in the seat against the wall and could not been seen by other customers UNLESS they do not clean off the seats/tables between sittings. Hummm
