Warranty work. We called and they came out pretty quick. They said the part needed would take 10 days to get in m then theyd call me. 1 month later I had to call them. They could only come out 1 day a week. When that particular day wouldn't work for me, they said they'd call back to reschedule. They didn't; I had to call them. The day that week didn't work for me so they said they'd call back. Nope, they didn't. Now my fiance got involved. The lady at this company got very ugly, and with an attitude said WE aren't cooperative. Then she said she wished the warranty company would have gave us a different repair team...and that maybe we should call someone else!! Really?!?Oh and every single time I talked to them, there was a screaming, crying infant in the background. This is a terrible business. Do yourself a favor and shop with a different company.
