HORRIBLE - Brought in for Overheating - TOLD C DRIVE CRASHED - PAID FOR C DRIVE - STILL OVERHEATED, THEY DIDN'T CHECK AND TOOK IT BACK. PAID MY BILL IN FULL !!!INFORMED ME IT WAS THE DUSTIEST COMPUTER THEY EVER SAW (DIDN'T THEY SEE THAT WHEN THEY OPENED IT THE FIRST TIME???) I GAVE THEM ADDITIONAL CASH AS A THANK YOU. NOW MY WINDOWS IS EXPIRING ???, WHOEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING AND THEY INSTALLED 8.1 INSTEAD OF MY WINDOWS 10 WANTING $30. MORE MY KEYBOARD YOU CAN LIFT UP WITH YOU FINGER ON THE NUMBER KEYPAD SIDE AND IT PICKS UP PARTIALLY UNDER THE REGULAR KEYBOARD.LOST MY PROGRAMS, HAVE A FLAPPY KEYBOARD........ THINK BEFORE YOU TAKE IT HERE !!! I WILL BE WITHOUT WINDOWS IN 10 DAYS, I NEVER EVEN KNEW IT EXPIRED. THEY MAY THINK THEY ARE GREAT, BUT THEY ARE TOO QUICK TO FIX AND NOT SLOW ENOUGH TO INVESTIGATE !!!

Horrible customer service. They sell computers that are not put together correctly and will not back their work. I bought a tower from them that pieces fell off of and then they tried to charge me when I asked them to repair their mistake. They will rip you off!!!!
