Was quoted a price for a septic pump out, over charged based on quote. Charged me $180 extra to run a house up the tank supply line to clean it(should of been included), than left the water and debris still in the tank I just paid to empty. Charged $600 for a basic septic tank empty. I will be taking this matter up with Better Business Bureau and opening chargeback with my CC company if I cant get it resolved with them. Headache, wont recommend or use them again.
