At the beginning of the year Lawley sends a book of "coupons" which have the due date for each bill along with an area to write your address. Service with this company starts out well, but the longer you have them, the worse the service. I called once in January, twice in February, and three times in March just to get my bill straightened out. They did not return my call until the last one, which is when I left a message in my best "irritated" voice. Finally, they called back, and on top of everything, they want to charge me late fees! Needless to say, they are no longer my garbage collector. Be wary..
