They lack professionalism and courtesy. I work at a local business where we routinely buy auto parts, but only use Jerry's Chevy because of the professionalism aspect. When I call Star, they seem annoyed that I am calling them and interupting their day, so I have stoped using them. My recommendation,go elsewhere if you want to be treated like you are not a bother to them.
