It is a shame that anyone can post anonymously - I've tried several times to contact google review as whomever posted this review did so fraudulently. The facts as stated are not true and I'm a small enough business that I would remember if this incident occurred! As this appears to be the only way I can defend my business reputation, I ask that potential customers call their local dealer in Lake County for a true assessment of Advanced Interiors reputation.

Had some work done, wrong material, did not match, charged full price, then informed me, "it is a special order material, we will call you when it gets in"...never called.., a week later I stop by, "they said the special order material was three times the original price, plus labor"?? They forgot to call me..Let's summarize this: They install the wrong materialNever called back as promisedPoor InstallationSpecial order (now)Three times the price Pay for labor again I would tend to say that they are poorly ran. This was the owner too. Finally drove to Orlando, had it done for 20 less than what I originally paid and the correct material. The option to be able to blog, and hopefully no one else gets ripped off, was worth more than the aggrevation of arguing the point.. I wished someone would have blogged prior, I would of never used them
