Trailridge Elementary is a learning center that is governed by the Lee's Summit School District, which serves more than 16,975 students through various elementary, middle and high schools. Located in Lee s Summit, Mo., the school educates more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade six. It provides special education and occupational and physical therapy programs. The school supports extracurricular activities, such as physical education, band and strings. Trailridge Elementary operates a parent-teacher association that conducts fundraising activities and sponsors academic and social events. The school also offers before- and after-school day care services. In addition, Trailridge Elementary organizes field trips and provides food, transportation and guidance counseling.
