I really appreciate that Charley takes the time to find me the best rate for my situation. He never wants to oversell me, but simply wants me to get just what I need for my family. I also appreciate the time he takes to explain on the details that go along with insurance for me. I always feel taken care of.

I got a letter from them with a quote for me to change my insurance company to go with them. Called and BJ got my info, I faxced her a copy of my policy and after 4 days she calls wanting to do a credit check before she can give me any prices and after a week of waiting, I called the office and she said that she did not get any info back and promised a call back. She did call back the same day to tell me that I'm off better to stay with my company???? There quote was about 300 lower than my company to start with. If there is a resting to give them I would give -100. They scam u with a letter with a lower rate and then when it comes to truly getting u a good price policy, they flunk big time. They need high risk people only to work with. Not recommended in any way of form. Keep away at all cost.
