Sat in line at the drive thru for 18 minutes. Finally my turn & I didn't get an apology, no free drink token. I did get my items practically thrown at me by one of the managers as she very rudely told me to have a nice day & slammed the window closed. I didn't even complain about the wait. Very very rude store.

It's a 5 when I know my Few Regular Girls/Ladies & 1 or 2 guys-I don't know their names only faces & voices but they know me, by my Southern Accent & Are a TERRIFIC Set of Employees!!! So Good To Me & Make Sure I have my Fresh Sweet Teas'!! Rate a 3-4 @ Night, "Somex's!! I have a more chance of getting UNSweet , like Tooniiite...At night time wen the Group isnt there as much, orders do get wrong more. And usually I get UNSweet TEA for my wrong order, Ha! Irony, go figure. But. I'm Southern Yall & We Gotta Have Our / Your FRESH Sweet Tea, cuz it's soooo good!!! Final Rate-4, Nite grp. And a-5+++ for my one Regular Group. Hey Nite crew ,, Fix fresh sweet tea when close to out so the Nite ppl get their Fresh Good SWEET Tea. Instead of giving UNSweet bcuz you didn't have enough sweet tea left... That's our only problem we ever have Trouble with!!!! See you soon Sonic. (Oh. I can & do @ many many X's stop once a day, Everyday!, or up to 2-3 X's In "1" Day!!
