I recently returned to Phone Fixation in Lee's Summit. They have previously helped us with an LG and an I Phone. This time, it was my Google Pixel 3 XL, that has been extremely reliable, until it would no longer turn on, and remained into a loop. Kagan, a young polite professional informed me that hopefully, it isn't the motherboard, they cost a thousand dollars to replace. He said that being cautious, replacing the battery and the charging port should do it, but there was no warranty it would work again... After tree days, he had installed the new parts. The original battery was badly swollen...about to burst...Unfortunately, the phone was still in a loop and would not turn on...We were both disappointed. Fortunately, after just an other five days, the phone turned itself on and worked better than ever. Just like Lazarus, the phone had come up to life again! PhoneFixation really saved my life today! I was in a huge hurry about to go out of town on a business trip and dropped my phone down the stairs and when I had picked it up there was no picture on the screen and I freaked out!!

Since I was relying on my phone completely for maps and information.. I quickly jumped on Google and searched for a phone repair service.. There was no bologna involved and they didn't lie to me on what needed to be fixed. I very quickly set up an appointment to hold a screen for me as I have the Galaxy S7 in Gold and luckily they had one in stock.

When I arrived they jumped quickly into the repair as I got to search for a phone case to protect my phone. Bryce and Beck were very quick to jump into the repair and using teamwork they were able to get me in and out within 20 minutes!! It was a lot easier and faster than paying insurance for a new phone it was a little bit more than insurance but for the extra price I got my phone back in LIKE-NEW condition and extremely fast compared to waiting a day for insurance.

I am now on my way to the airport VERY HAPPY with my phone and NEW case! I recommend PhoneFixation to everyone with a broken phone or that doesn't know what's wrong with your phone. They will take care of you!!

Horrible service and the staff should be working in a factory somewhere not with people. This is really sad expected more from a new business in town.
