Found the receptionist to be excellent when making my appointment and when I showed up for my visit. All of the staff were very friendly. They appear to have state of the art equipment and the facility is very clean. I saw the man dentist (forget his name) - I really liked him a lot. I just had a cleaning so did not have dental work performed by the dentist. I did feel the dentist was very knowledgeable and would not do a procedure if it would be a waste of money. I probably would go back there but I have to say I did feel like this place was a LOT about making extra money too. I was not asked if it was OK to take Xrays. etc. Felt because I had insurance they were ready to use it up to the max. So, I did feel like things were almost forced onto me (not by the dentist but other staff). You have all these staff members rolling through and doing their thing but I felt like they were salesmen which made me feel very uncomfortable --I felt almost as awkward as being at a car dealership in that way. It is a very clean office and feels comfortable. Overall I felt comfortable but do feel it is a cash cow.

I needed several fillings and the assistants and Dr. Jungmeyer were professional, but also very friendly. The procedure went better than expected.

I had a great experience. It was a long 2 hours, but the dental assistance was so good on checking on me and making me feel comfortable, the dentist was great and attentive. Thank you for fixing me and encouraging me to come more often. I also love the reminders by text and email, and being able to set my appointments through internet.
