Received a mailed solicitation from this office with an estimated quote for home insurance. Called to get a quote for both home and auto. After several days and having to call back and leave a message regarding the quote, I received an email where Jim sent me only one quote for Progressive and it amounted to less coverage for more money. When I emailed back to ask for more competitive quotes he just replied by saying he was sorry he couldn't (aka refused) to help me. Very disappointing and will probably never call a broker again.
