Tim Iseman A graduate of Kansas State University in Construction Science, Tim spent 12 years with MW Builders in both Atlanta and Kansas City working with hospitality and retail clients like Marriott, Summerfield Suites, Lodgeworks, Walmart, and Costco building projects all across the country. In addition he has managed many institutional and educational projects in the Atlanta area. In 2001 Tim founded Iseman Construction Enterprises with focus on small business office/warehouse projects. Iseman Construction Enterprises has created more than 250, 000 square feet of office/warehouse space. In six years Iseman Construction Enterprises has also done a variety of projects such as medical office buildings, tunnel carwashes, and office tenant finishes.
