I have been going to HMH for vehicle service ever since the 90s and always have had a great experience.

My fiancée's family has bought several cars from HMH, so when my old car broke down near KC I looked into them for finding a new (used) car.



Their customer service was phenomenal! They sold me a low-mileage SUV in phenomenal shape, for a very reasonable price. They are very knowledgable about their vehicles, and gave me a lot of information on the car's history before they sold it. They are very flexible in how they accept payment, and also gave me a substantial trade in for my old car (which was basically only worth scrap metal after it broke).

They had a discount service pass that I paid 40 dollars for

So I went in to get an inspection and they told me that I need to get a new car that mine was not a good car. And they would not pass me because of my brakes on the car but my brakes are good on the car I told them they said they would pass me if I paid 400 dollars. I hen went to jiffy lube and they passed me and said my brakes are good. Hmh will take your money that's all please do not take you're car there

Their customer service and automotive service is terrible. The car is driving worse now then it had before I brought it to them. Stay far away!

I recently brought my vehicle in for an inspection. Everything seemed fine when I drove it off the lot after it passed. Later that day my wheel fell off driving down the highway. What happenned was they had tightened the lugs too tight which snapped the lug studs. I looked at my inspection papers and the brakes they checked was the wheel hat had fallen off. I had called and told them what had happened and they said they think someone had tried to steal my wheels. They did not care at all and they would not take care of it. I reported them to The Missouri State Highway patrol and there is going to be an investigation. Do not go there, they will not take responsibility for their actions and they will not warranty faulty craftmanship. They will lie and deny things just so they don't have to pay.

For years my family has been purchasing their cars at HMH autosport. So naturally when it came time for me to buy my own I looked on their lot and at other lots for comparisons. HMH was very fairly priced and most the times beat the competitors prices. From the moment I walked on the lot to the moment I drove away with my car I was treated like family. The small business gives you the professionalism of a large lot with a feel of a family owned mom and pop type company. I have had the my Kia Soul for two weeks now and absolutely love it. I drive it just to drive, even with the high gas prices. Couldn't have been any happier with my purchase!
