I would recommend Care Alternative's Hospice to any family needing expectional care! They took care of my mother for five months and became like family. They were always there when we needed them. The nurses made sure mom did not suffer which helped ease our family through a very difficult time -

I would not recommend this hospice group, I found them to be totally unorganized. They did not report at scheduled times often without notice. They mentioned program options that never materialized. For instance, they stated that a volunteer worker was available for up to four hrs a week but I was never able to schedule that person for one reason or another. They also mentioned a dreamcatcher program that granted a wish for each patient. After submitting our wish we never heard any more about it. The worst incident involved the nurse starting her comfort care procedure without my knowledge or the advice of his physician. I left for work and when I came home my husband was heavily sedated and unable to respond. He is alive and well under direction of his physician.
