      Established in 1946, Anderson Survey is one of the oldest companies in the surveying industry. Located in Lee s Summit, Mo., it operates primarily in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Its services include establishing boundary lines of residential lots, commercial tracts and acreage parcels; subdividing land into lots for residential or commercial use; and providing American Land Title surveys that locate all physical improvements, utilities and easements with respect to property lines. Additionally, Anderson Survey conducts architectural surveys for designs that depict the topographical features of the property, including physical improvements, contour lines, grid elevations, utilities and easements. The company has performed surveys or optical tooling projects in Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Wyoming, Florida, North Dakota, Washington D.C., Alabama, Mississippi, Maryland, West Virginia, Arkansas, Georgia, Michigan, Washington and Puerto Rico. Anderson Survey employs more than 25 individuals, including professional land surveyors.
