Luckily I was referred to Colby at Advanced by a friend. Colby came out and explained the insurance and replacement process. He met with our insurance adjuster, explained the paperwork and handled all the invoicing. We had our new roof, gutters, siding and garage doors all replaced within a month from signing contract. After our house inspection raised concerns for our buyers, we had Colby come out to thoroughly investigate. He spent time showing me issues, taking pictures and investigating our repair history. During the siding installation process, they came upon some termite damage that needed addressing.
