Ordered tires from Walmart.com. Was supposed to take 3 days. It is now 8 days late and no one knows where my tires are even though the tracker says they are in the store. Employees will not take any responsibility and I seem to be getting no where in getting my tires. I know I will eventually resolve this but this frustrating and bad business. FYI- I have already pre-paid for them. Be warned about ordering online from them... Very disorganized...

I don't recommend this store AT ALL!! They really haven't been trained well in knowing the store and it's merchandise! I called to check to see if there was an item in the store, and I was hung up on...next call I was transferred...and then put on hold for 18 MINUTES!! This store needs to GET IN THE GAME!!! Start to get KNOWLEDGEABLE on your MERCHANDISE!!! :0( SAD FACE....

Rude clueless management shelves always empty or close to it

To me this store is not as friendy as others. I went looking for a volley ball and the sporting goods department pointed me to another aisle and said if thats not where it is look in toys and the toy department did the same. So the way it looks the need to better train the workers to know where products are or to at least be more helpful.
