Carroll-Oakland Elementary School offers a variety of learning and recreational options for the intellectual, social and emotional development of students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. Its educational program includes instruction in English, mathematics, science, language arts, social studies, foreign language and physical education. The school has a parent-teacher organization that encourages the participation of parents in several school activities. Carroll-Oakland Elementary School organizes various sports activities, such as cheerleading, cross-country, volleyball, basketball, football, softball and baseball. The school serves sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, salads, fruits and chicken for lunch. It is located in Lebanon, Tenn., and is a part of the Wilson County School System, which severs more than 14,000 students through elementary, middle and high schools.
