0The guys at Kirby's are very helpful with deciding what is the best way to keep all of our cars running. Sometimes there are a few different things that need to be fixed and we can spread that out for our budget. They really are good at explaining what is our priority. I would recommend them.
I took my vehicle back into have looked at again with the same issues after the first diagnostic four months prior, which I paid $85 at the time and they said it "checked out as good" . The second time they found a cracked exhaust manifold and suggested replacing the throttle body to a tune of $1400. When I approach the owner about waiving the second diagnostic fee since I just paid one on the prior visit when nothing was found, he got very angry and using inappropriate and aggressive language. While I maintained my calm tone and tried to explain my position Mr. Kirby continued to be very condescending and at one point came around the counter to within 6" of my face in a posturing position. I could tell he was not willing to listen to my position and set my CC card down and request that he charge another $85 fee. I will never do business with Kirby's again. What Mr. Kirby failed to realize is his disrespect and aggressive behavior to a customer has lost the repair work I intended to have him complete. Not to mention calling a customer liar is never appropriate...
Took car in for repairs and was quoted 500.00 to have it running back to normal, car is running worse and they said they cant figure out the problem, was charged 490.00!!!! Do not waste your money!!
These folks were very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They had us up and running faster than expected. We will be back!
glen kirby is a complete arrogant a sshole . He thinks he is better than everyone, its pathetic how someone could treat a person so bad. He couldnt make it in wrestling so he talks down to others and lives through his stupid as s son. glen i know you or your slutty as s wife is going to read this so i just want you to know i fu cke d your daughter . you need to be taught a lesson
Had my car fixed while at home from school on christmas break. it took a month to get the car back. absolutely ridiculous. never have i had my car been "fixed" for over a month. and half of the time my car sat out in parking lot. worst experience ever. and do not recommend them to anyone.
We have always had good service from Kirby's. This time they went above the call of duty. We just needed a little fix, but we needed to get to a college visit. Kirby's took care of us right away and we made our trip without any problems. I know we can't alway get in quick, but they are reliable and super friendly.
Car repairs are not usually a happy experience, but it was a real pleasure to deal with the folks at Kirby's. Matt and Glen were very helpful with explaining the needed repairs and the recommended services and we felt comfortable with our services. Our car runs great! We will recommend Kirby's and we will be back again.
I was very pleased with the service I received from this shop and I highly recommend them.
