Terrible customer service! We began using Bob for our boat last year for repairs and storage needs. We dropped off the boat in October, and asked to have some service done over the winter months, and gave a list of what we would like done. Bob made a list of what parts he would need, and asked for $200 - to include the remaining October storage fee, and parts for what we wanted done. I gave him $280. We checked in periodically over the winter to see how things were going, and were always told he hadnt had time to get to it yet, blah blah. In the beginning April we let him know we planned to pick it up at the end of the month. The end of April came, and again we were told he had not gotten to it yet, and it would be done in the next couple of weeks. Memorial Day weekend rolled around and my husband pretty much had to INSIST on coming to get the boat after given the run around yet again. So my husband goes and picks it up, is charged another $400 dollarsx- for what I am not even sure! The maintenance we wanted done, doesnt appear to have been done, he did a VERY shoddy repair of a crack in the transom, which didnt even appear to have been dry yet. missing bolts, just AWFUL! Stay away, the money he claims to "save" you by not going to a more reputable dealer is a sham!
