      Picklemans Gourmet Caf opened its 19th Salads and Menu Items. Picklemans entered the KC Market back in 2012 and has since expanded to 4 Kansas City locations with 3 more in the works. Picklemans is known for their superior quality Toasted Sandwiches, Thin Crust Pizzas, Soups and Salads made to order for Dine-In or Delivery. The Picklemans App allows customer to order Salad, Sandwich, Soup, and Pizza for Delivery from their phone or tablet. Picklemans Owner and CEO Doug Stritzel let us know the strategy behind the new culinary additions, We knew we wanted to add salads that were flavorful, nutritiously filling and packed with super foods. Our New Premium Salads include The Avo-Cobb, Walnut Cranberry, and The Southwest. We've also added new low cal dressings like our Home Made Yogurt Ranch Dressing which tastes like our Classic Ranch with 1/5th saturated fat. The Avo-Cobb is our take on the famous late-night snack that started in Hollywood in the 1930s. Avocado, Crumbled Bacon, Fresh Sliced Tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Garlic Croutons and a Hard Boiled Egg served with our Classic Ranch or our New Low Cal Yogurt Ranch. The Walnut Cran Salad is our Newest Spinach Salad with Dried Cranberries, Chunks of Fresh Walnut, Bleu Cheese, Hard Boiled Egg and our Balsamic Dressing. The Southwest Salad is a plentiful blend of Green Peppers, Black Beans, Corn, and Red Onions with Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes, Avocado, and Garlic Croutons. It is served with our Home Made Chipotle Ranch Dressing. Customers are invited to join us for our Grand Opening Nov./ 9th 50 people with get T-shirts, Gift Card Drawings, and Samples of the New Salads. All day November 9th Franchisee Jordan Starke locally owns all Picklemans Kansas City locations. In Summer 2012 Jordan opened the first KC Area Picklemans in Overland Park, KS. Followed by UMKC, Wornall Road, & Leawood, KS. He also has plans for locations in Westport, Downtown, and Blue Springs. location August 29th with a variety of New / 2014 where the first 2014.
