I have used these carpet cleaners twice and both times they provided excellent and well priced service. They exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality of their cleaning. They are friendly and explain everything they are going to do and how much it will cost. They give you lots of options. I would highly recommend them.

I just had my carpets cleaned by New Beginnings and they look brand new. The one big stain is gone. I like the fact that they have a multi-step process to make sure that there is no residue left and they groon the carpet to make it stand up. Great!!

We hired New Beginnings to clean our carpets in anticipation of the sale of our house. First, the person who answered the call was very gracious, understood our situation, and told us about a monthly special we did not know about, saving us money from the start. She then was able to schedule us for the next day, much to our pleasant surprise.



When Dave and Mike found out they were going to be a little late, I received a phone call to let me know; again, very appreciated. And when they came, they were very courteous and immediately began to work. The work was exceptional, accomplishing more than I thought could be done to our carpet!
