My experience with this office and treatment has been very negative. The back office and billing was curt and almost rude. They has double charged my HSA account on 4/2 this year , which I discovered immediately and notified them right away. After numerous notifications and calls, I always got the standard answers that they would look into it. I called again today ( 7/13/2020) and they finally told me that they would refund into the account. They always acted as if I OWED them something. As expensive as the periodontal treatments are, I only saw Dr. Melissa Combs during the consultation, and very briefly after the reevaluation and maintenance cleaning. The dental assistant who did my deep scaling was neither compassionate, patient or skillful enough. I had get an additional painful numbing shot in my mouth because the original shot did not take effect like it was supposed to, whereas a truly skilful one would know exactly where to put it.

Wow was I impressed, this office goes above and beyond. They can send you a email to confirm your appointment, since I don't like to use my cell phone this works great. The doctor was very good at explaining to me what I needed done and the staff assisted me with my insurance questions. They even have coffee there to drink!

This office has wonderful atmosphere and the doctor and staff are excellent.
