I called the company this morning to try and obtain information regarding a furnace that was installed in my father's house. Was speaking with the owner she is very rude and argumentative. She does not hold her records for very long. No resolution. I will take my business else where. No phone etiquette. And for the owner to speak in such a manner

I've used Karen Heating and Cooling for years. On this house, my previous home and my investment property. He's the only contractor that I trust to do my heating and air conditioning. First, Jacob's prices are probably the best in the area. His work is top notch, and one day - when our A/C went out, he worked in 100 degree heat on a roof to install a new one.



Someone will always find something to complain about. But I've gone through a lot of contractors while rehabbing my home in a historic neighborhood looking for people who do a quality job and don't "jack up the price" before or after the jobs. I don't even ask him for a bid up front any more.



He was recommended by other neighbors years ago. Our historic homes don't often have simple solutions. And I won't trust anyone else with my jobs and unlike my ex-plumber, he's had ZERO turn-over in staff. I told him he can "never" retire.
