Be aware that when this business says they take your insurance for a flu shot, you must pay the co-pay. They mislead on their flu shot flyers. Also they do not accept credit cards, only cash or checks. They submit the flu shot as an office visit when it is not. They go to a business conf room and you go and get your shot. No office visit at all. Do not do business with this company.
