I was a little worried about going into the Apple Store for assistance, but they were terrific. The store was Very busy. The associate that greeted us at the door asked if we had an appointment. I said I wasn't aware I needed one. He said pleasantly "no problem at all let me find a tech to assist you." Within just a couple minutes we were introduced to the tech specialist that was to help with my iPhone issues. He was great! We were treated quite well and the problem resolved quickly. The tech then helped reset my phone settings and we were on our way.

I purchased Square, a credit card reader in their store. I had difficulty installing getting it to work on both my iphone and ipad. I tried getting a hold of the company Square, but they had not contact phone number ... just an email, that they did not respond to. I went into the Apple Store and the people there were like, that is not our problem. I said, well I bought it here. Their response, we can't be expected to support everything we sell. Bottom line, the folks working the store are order takers and that's it. Don't expect anything more.

apple store in leawood does not stand behind applecare I get better service over the phone when I call applecare and not in the leawood store.
