What a good experience. We went to Zeck Ford to look but we ended up buying a vehicle at a great price. Everyone we talked to was friendly and courteous and seemed value us as coustemers. Our salesman Rick Mears was extremely helpful answering our off the wall questions and adding a couple of options not originally installed. If you are in the market for a vehicle I would recommend you go to Zeck Ford first. They have tons of vehicles to look at.

I purchused my car on a Saturday. It needed work done on the front passenger side because the bracket were broke to attach the bumper cover. I was told it would take 2 days. After much back and forth, I received it 11 days later. GM, Jace, called me in this process stating he would find out more info and call me back. Never received a return call from him. They had to driven to my house, which was nice, however the gas was on empty (13 miles until to be exact). The front bracket for license plate was not attached, or mailed to me, as they said it would. I noticed condensation in the front headlight, that was supposedly replaced, and a loud humming noise. I called immediately and was told to take it to a local dealership. Blue Springs Ford found the headlight cracked and the wheel bearing needs replaced. So in summary, Zeck sells vehicles that shouldn't pass inspection and treat customers like they mean nothing after a deal is made.

What an amazing experience!! I will tell anyone looking for a vehicle to look at Zeck first.

Great work by the body shop - BUT - really poor customer service. Recently had Zeck Body Shop complete a significant repair to my SUV's front end. Work looked great and I was initially very happy. Unfortunately, later there were some issues with the work and when I attempted to address them with the Body Shop I was told that not only was the problem not attributable to Zeck but that I was completely wrong about the issue. There was absolutely zero interest in seriously considering my concerns; further discussion with the Body Shop manager initially resulted in the same answer from them - could not be there fault I was wrong about the issue. After significant explanations the management finally agreed that it was possible that they had made the mistake and that they would replace the damaged part. Unfortunately this came after nearly 40 minutes of conversation. I feel quite sorry that my initial very positive impression of Zeck has been completely changed - quite disappointed in
