I went to get my nails done here and the lady took about 10 mins to do a full set. They weren't shinny or nice looking I had glue all over my fingers. So I called back to let her know I wasn't happy with them so she told me she would fix them. So I came in a few days later waited about an hour then she files them down and then tells me she can't do anything to fix them and do I want to pay for a fill. So now that my nails were filed down and nasty looking she tells me she can't fix them and the only option I have is to pay to get them fixed. There is no customer service don't waist your money!!

I recently moved here and asked a couple of people where to go to get pink and white nails. The people I asked recommended USA Nails and their nails looked nice. I have gone twice to get my nails done- first for a new pink and white set and then 2 weeks later for a fill- they were ready for a fill after about 8 days and had several large cracks in the pink gel. The initial set was done very sloppy and there were visible tip lines. The fill- my tips were filed down and were not only uneven after being barely touched by a file, but rugged edges.The broken gel from the first set was not removed leaving visible cracks. The gel application was very liberal and dried with visible bubbles and a large accumulation on the sides of several of my nails. I also made an appt with a specific person and was not assisted by the person I had scheduled the appt with. debating if I will go back.

I have been coming for years and the service just keeps getting better. They have helped me with my feet and nails. The atmosphere is great and I will never go anywhere else.

I recently moved here from S. Carolina and asked some of the locals where the best place to get my nails done. A lot of women referred me over to USA Nails. When I called in to ask about prices and location the lady was very pleasant and informative so I scheduled my appt. When I arrived I was greeted by the 3 employees and asked what service I needed. Kim who did my nails was very professional and was pleasant to talk to.She helped me decide what type of nails to get since I was in the military and they looked beautiful. I wanted a pedicure but they were busy but still fit me in for a great pedi. My polish actually lasted a month even in boots!!! The place isn't big but the atmosphere is clean, the staff are professional and they are very fluent in English. ( That's a plus) I would recommend this salon to others.

Although the atmosphere and staff are professional and pleasant, the product is extremely lacking. This organization dilutes the nail polish with thinner so the manicure and pedicure only lasts a couple of days. I believe they do this to try and up-sell clients to do the more expensive procedures like the shellac gel. I cannot comment on anything but their medicare and pedicure but I would be extremely beware.

I just got my first shellac gel polish from USA Nails!!! I LOVE them :) I was told they would last on my nails for more than two weeks. I was kind of skeptical... when some lady came in and said her shellac has been on for three weeks!!!! She was bragging how everyone kept complimenting her nails. I got a fun shade of hot pink. Hopefully mine will last that long. They are really nice people and were very informative about their products.The nail tech congratulated on being Shellacked And they have over 25 different colors. My next visit will be for the shellac French manicure. Yea nail polish not chipping in less the 2-3 days.

I have been coming back here for my nails and toes for years. They are a friendly and also very professional. I've always come back for new tips every two or three weeks because I hate seeing the nail underneath. They always talked me out of getting them, telling me my nails were still good. I actually saved money from just getting the fills and even nail art with polish. Its good to know they truly care about their clients and not just the money!!!!! I can say this is the best nail place to go to!

I was recommended to USA Nails from some of the locals. I recently moved here from Atlanta. The small salon was cute and was sanitized and clean. I was greeted by some of the employees who seemed to be very fluent in English... They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I loved my Nails, it was done by Kim who was fast and talked to me the whole time. I also got a pedi. which was also great, the guy who was doing it was telling me other things I can do to help my feet at home. The atmosphere is fun because everyone seems to talk to each other and Kim even remembers the clients names.. they all thanked me before I left!! I will be coming back here for my nails and toes.
