I am attorney Curtis Holmes, founder of Holmes Law Office, LLC, in Olathe, Kansas. I began practicing law in 1991 with a commitment to helping individuals who face a variety of legal issues, from DUI defense to divorce, bankruptcy to bringing legal action against employers, police officers and others who violate individuals' civil rights. I was thrust into important courtroom battles almost immediately upon graduating from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. One of my first cases was defending a client against manslaughter charges. I have litigated hundreds of cases, but I am equally comfortable advocating for my clients in the courtroom or working to reach the best possible agreement through negotiation or mediation. Past clients have told me they appreciate the personal attention I provided them, as well as the candid approach I used to review their options and explain the possible outcomes. My objective is to produce the best possible outcome for every client while eliminating surprises by over promising results.
