Douglas G. Waters, Jr. have practiced law in Leavenworth County for over 30 years. Mr. Waters concentrate his practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, divorce and family law, and real estate. He has been past president of the local Chamber of Commerce & United Way and has also been recognized for leadership roles with many of our local civic and charitable organizations.
