Here are some of the basic features of the plans. 1. Dental Plan: $25 a month for the entire household, related or Includes: Dental, Vision, Chiropractic, and prescription discounts. Hearing, Wellness, and Smokers last chance are included. Save up to 80% on services for your family. Local providers are in your area. Major pharmacies are included in the prescription program. (Walmart, Walgreens, RiteAid, Target, and more. Savings on major dental services such as: Dentures,Orthodontics, and Cosmetic Dentistry are included. Cosmetic discounts vary. MD Plus: $25 a month for the entire household, related or not. Includes: TeleMedicine, Hospital Advocacy, Ancillary services and prescription program. Combo Pack: $40 a month for the entire household, related or not. Both plans purchased as a combo pack. *Registration fees: Dental and Md plus fee is $20.00. Combo Pack fee is $35.00.
