      Mouton’s Southern Bistro combines the best of Texas, Cajun, and Country cuisines to produce a unique homestyle cooking that is Cajun with a Texas flair.We believe strongly in supporting local businesses and are are very excited for the opportunity to serve Leander and the surrounding communities. Chef and operating owner, Ben Mouton, has been in the restaurant industry for 22 years with experience that ranges from culinary training in New Orleans to managing various restaurants and bars in the Austin area.Our team promises to work hard to ensure that our guests receive the best possible dining experience, which includes quality food and service.
