I recently used Chef Shelley for a private dinner party and wanted to do something elegant for my family and friends. I was uncertain of what to expect because I had not hired a chef before for such an intimate meal. I think I had pretty high expectations of the menu and service I wanted and I feel that Chef Shelley Pogue definitely delivered and exceeded all expectations!
