This dental clinic has changed drastically in the last 4 years. They use to be good. They can't keep hygienist, good ones don't stay. Patients are no longer considered first, instead it is all about the money they can get out of you. I booked an apt for a standard regular cleaning and also confirmed that when they called to remind me of my appt. - I am entitled to two free cleanings a year. They billed my insurance company for a different cleaning process (I only rec'd a regular cleaning) - My insurance denied the claim, I received the bill. I went back to them and they said If I could provide the treatment # that my insurance uses for a regular cleaning they would rebill it otherwise I was responsible to pay them the 150.00 - Say the least I will not pay it nor will I go back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ellis' ever since he opened, about 5 years now. He has the latest in technology and does the best work I have ever seen, I would highly recommend Dr. Ellis and his staff if you need any dental work done. Extremely caring and sensitive toward their patients.
