They came to the house and identified the problem fairly rapidly. Once they identified the problem and given the ok to fix the problem (required cutting into interior wall to access copper pipe) they did not have the proper tools. I offered my tools and they did not have any Freon to charge the unit so they couldn't fix it. This after I took a half day off of work. Ugh! I won't be going back.
