We had our computer in one shop and they said it would need wiped out to work right. We took it to Best Buy where they said they fixed it by selling us $192 worth of software that did nothing but slow down our computer. The original problem remained. BNS's tech was able to clean the system and install better software and our PC has been running great for 2 months now. They have a customer for life!
